如果您需要轉(zhuǎn)染的細胞非常難轉(zhuǎn)，多次轉(zhuǎn)染不成功的話，建議嘗試Viromers®轉(zhuǎn)染試劑，它是基于病毒融合機制的聚合物，該機制以流感病毒血凝素的融合肽為藍本；當暴露于低pH時，融合肽失電荷，變?yōu)槭杷�，進入核膜。推薦用于原代細胞，懸浮細胞，分化中細胞或干細胞等難轉(zhuǎn)細胞。
Viromers ® RED 和Viromers ® YELLOW 均適用于質(zhì)粒和mRNA的轉(zhuǎn)染，兩者分別適用于不同細胞系。Viromer® RED適用范圍更廣。初次轉(zhuǎn)染時，建議轉(zhuǎn)染試劑（uL）：DNA（ug）=1:2.5-3.5。
- 避免包涵體吞噬：最大化轉(zhuǎn)染效率并降低背景；
- 零電荷：無需去除血清和抗生素，對細胞溫和；
- 無脂質(zhì)：適用于脂肪代謝活躍的細胞，如：脂肪細胞或肝細胞。
- 穩(wěn)定：實驗結(jié)果具有重復(fù)性；
- 反向轉(zhuǎn)染：適用于高通量篩選。

使用Viromer® RED /YELLOW及其它轉(zhuǎn)染試劑，轉(zhuǎn)染pCMV-Luc (50ng DNA/96-well)到標準細胞系中，檢測熒光素酶表達及細胞存活率，發(fā)現(xiàn)Viromers® RED /YELLOW轉(zhuǎn)染Hela，CHO，HEX獲得更高的轉(zhuǎn)染效率。
